Seattle Japanese Restaurant – Chef’s Specials
Although best known as a Seattle sushi restaurant, I Love Sushi’s menu often includes a multitude of Japanese and other East Asian-influenced delicacies. On a weekly basis, executive chef Hideaki Taneda creates a sumptuous selection of unique dishes, including many not found at any other Japanese restaurant in Seattle. Naturally, the menu changes according to the chef’s inspiration and the availability of ingredients, so we encourage you to check back frequently to keep abreast of our latest, original offerings.
A Seattle Sushi Restaurant…& More
I Love Sushi is truly a Seattle Japanese restaurant, deftly melding our region’s spectacular culinary resources with traditional Japanese techniques and flavors. Chef Taneda’s understanding of local seafood and flora informs his special menu, which frequently highlights Northwest ingredients such as Goose Point oysters, live Puget Sound awabi, and even wild Alaskan salmon. You can call our chef’s specials whatever you like–Japanese, Northwest, fusion, or all of the above. Pardon our boasting, but we simply call them delicious.
