Looking for a gluten-free sushi experience? Not a problem! Most of our sushi and sashimi items can be ordered without gluten for the gluten-intolerant or gluten-sensitive seafood fan. You can enjoy these with either green tea sea salt or our gluten-free soy sauce, tamari. Some items cannot be prepared without gluten, including eel, sea eel, zuke maguro, tamago, salmon roe, inari, dragon roll, ahi poke salad roll, crunchy roll, shrimp tempura roll and shiitake mushroom.
