In 2011, a 754-pound specimen was sold at the Tsukiji Fish Market in Tokyo for a total of $396,000! Before this, another bluefin weighing 444 pounds was purchased for an impressive $173,600! While we have yet to receive a 754-pound order at I Love Sushi, we do believe that no Seattle Japanese restaurant offers more exquisite sushi for more reasonable prices.
